As Vice President of Operations for Universal Accounting in Salt Lake City, Roger Knecht has been instrumental in launching and growing thousands of accounting practices across the United States through expansion of Universal Accounting marketing channels and internal operations. Roger has been a favorite presenter at Universal's seminars, combining wit and wisdom in sharing the principles of small business success.

Roger has extensive experience in marketing and management with corporations of all sizes and has successfully implemented the principles of growth he speaks about.

Roger is a past Vice President of Education for IMA , and past Vice President of Membership for Toastmasters - Utah Chapters. He also has extensive experience in the Accounting Staffing industry. He earned his degree in Communications from Brigham Young University.
